Do you offer a guarantee on your merchandise?

Your satisfaction is important to us.  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase.  If your dissatisfied for any reason, just contact us via phone (1-888-264-9199) or email support@yourmuseumstore.com.  We'll make it right or refund the cost of your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable, but customer does not pay shipping costs on returns.

What if I get the product and don't like it?

We're so sure you'll love your purchase from Your Museum Store , we back it up with our 30-day money back guarantee.  If you just aren't happy with the item you received, return it for a full refund.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, but customer does not pay shipping costs on returns.



What happens if my order arrives and something is broken?

Many of our items are delicate and while that's part of the beauty, it also means that the occasional item arrives damaged due to shipping. After you've contacted us by phone or email to request a replacement, we ask that you take photos of the damaged item on a digital camera and email the photos to support@yourmuseumstore.com. This will help us file a claim with the shipping company to recover our loss.



What do I have to do in order to return the product to you?

We'll send out a pre-paid shipping label for you.  Just box up the item in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label and call the shipping company to request a pickup.



How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 7-14 days but may take as long as 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.  Paypal refunds will be processed as soon as the returned merchandise is received.



Will you let me know when you get my return and refund my credit card?

We will keep you advised of the process every step of the way.  You'll be notified when your returned item is received.  We'll let you know when we have processed your refund as well.  Keep in mind that it takes 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on the credit card statement in many cases.
